Removing Negative Information From Your Report
Welcome to Second Chance Apartments Removal Services (“SCA”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) explain how we help you dispute, challenge, and remove negative items from your credit report so you can rebuild your financial future.
1. Definitions

“SCA” Second Chance Apartments Removal Services

“You” or “User” A person who signs up for or uses our services

“Negative Information” Collections, late payments, apartment balances, charge-offs, and other adverse entries

“Credit Bureaus” Equifax, Experian, TransUnion, or other agencies that maintain credit files
-
“Dispute” A formal challenge to an item on your credit report
2. Services Provided

We prepare and submit credit disputes to the Credit Bureaus on your behalf.

We draft and file any necessary legal challenges or debt-validation requests in court.

We track dispute deadlines (typically 30 days) and follow up until resolution.

Results delivered by USPS mail from each credit bureau separately.
3. Information We Collect
To perform our services, you authorize us to collect, use, and transmit:

Full name, current and former addresses

Social Security number and date of birth

A supporting documents

Contact information for creditors or collection agencies
All personal data is handled under industry-standard encryption and confidentiality protocols.
4. Credit Repair Process & Timeline

You provide accurate details and sign our credit authorization form.

We submit disputes to the Credit Bureaus—each bureau has up to 30 days to investigate and respond.

Upon deletion of a negative item, your credit score typically rises by about 25 points per removal.

We repeat this cycle until we exhaust identified inaccuracies or you choose to stop.
5. Fees & Payment

One-time Membership and Setup Fee $99 Non-refundable
Payment is processed immediately upon sign-up. No recurring charges will occur, and your plan expires automatically after your disputes are filed.

We cannot guarantee every negative item will be removed, nor a specific point increase.
7. User Responsibilities

Provide complete and truthful information.

Respond promptly to any requests for additional documentation.

Review dispute letters and credit-bureau responses sent to your email.

Understand that legal challenges may involve court filings and associated timelines.
8. Disclaimer of Liability

SCA is not responsible for errors or omissions on your credit report maintained by Credit Bureaus or third parties.

We make no guarantees regarding credit-score increases, loan approvals, or financial outcomes.

You agree to hold SCA harmless from any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of our services.
9. Termination

You or SCA may terminate this agreement at any time by sending written notice to help@support2nd.com.

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of the initial membership fee.

All disputes filed prior to termination will proceed to completion.
10. Plan Expiration
Your one-time fee covers the setup and submission of initial disputes. Plans expire after submissions are sent to prevent any automatic or recurring billing.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and the laws of the state of Ohio. Any disputes arising hereunder will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

By using SCA’s Removal Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
