How Much Are Rentals?

Rental prices vary by city and state. We do not track pricing, as it changes frequently. You can search online for “current rental rates in my area.”

How Is Move-In Cost Calculated?

Move-in costs typically include:

  • Prorated first month’s rent

  • Security deposit or bond

If you move in mid-month, you only pay for the remaining days. If your credit score is low, you’ll usually pay a standard deposit or bond. If you have a broken lease on your credit, your deposit will likely be higher.

Moving From Out of State?

If you're relocating, you’ll need:

  • Your last two pay stubs from your current employer

  • A letter of employment from your new employer

I Have a Broken Lease. Do I Qualify?

Yes—if the lease was broken more than two years ago, you may still qualify for properties in our catalog.

Section 8 Voucher?

We do not track Section 8 availability. You’ll need to check with individual properties.

Felony or Misdemeanor?

Felonies must be at least 7 years old. We do not accept registered sex offenders. Misdemeanors are typically not reviewed.

Are Rentals Guaranteed?

No. Approval depends on meeting specific conditions.

Refunds?
