If you broke a lease more than 2 years ago, you can still rent at a location in our catalog.

Our company does not track section 8 rentals. To find out if a location accepts section 8 you will need to contact a specific location directly.
Felonies must be over 7 years old.
Our company does not keep track of background requirements.
Each location will have their own guidelines for criminal records.
Misdemeanors are usually not checked. (check with property directly)

Availability will begin to decrease as the weather gets warmer; May, June and July will see more renters moving during this time. As more people begin moving the number of units available will decrease which may cause delays and waiting list. We cannot guarantee timing and pricing.

If you don't have any credit; yes you qualify. You will need proof of income & pass background check.

Removal of collections, late payments, judgments and other account information will be at the discretion of each credit bureau separately. Transunion, Equifax, & Experian have their own guidelines when it comes to removing accounts; your personal situation and the creditors evidence will be taken into account.
If you received a letter requesting information simply send in the requested info.
Such as proof of address, proof of identity or authorization to proceed with dispute.
If your credit report does NOT show an eviction or apartment balance due, but it is reporting on your background we can process a removal if you can specify which agency is reporting it. If you are denied the company should provide you with a denial letter. Near the bottom of this letter it will show which agency was used such a Yardi, Resident Verify, etc. Use our membership (3) plan or everything plan.

No. There are steps you can take yourself to fix errors and remove collection accounts from your report. Using our service and paying our fee is optional. You can take steps to repair your credit on your own by contacting each credit bureau directly and following the guidelines in the fair credit reporting act.
