1. Past Rental History
You will need 2 years of good rental history, if you have been living with a relative you will need to list their full name, address, phone and email (As Your Landlord) on your rental applications.
Past Broken Lease?
Any past negative rental history will need to be at least 2 years old. 3 years old at some locations
Credit Score: as low as 500.
Keep in mind that some communities may deny you, if you have a past due balance with the utility company that services their community. The property will require you to put utilities in your name, if you have a past due balance with their utility company you should try to settle the balance.
